Our story

Why we built yet another consulting firm.

The short version: the ones that existed kept disappointing the people we cared about. So we started one.

Our founder spent more than a decade building enterprise software — inside public companies, as a consultant to Fortune 100 buyers, and as the guy cleaning up the messes left by firms that over-promised and under-delivered.

The pattern was always the same. Impressive senior team in the pitch. Junior offshore engineers doing the actual build. Requirements lost in translation. The first 70% of the system shipped fast, and then nothing — because the hard 30% was what the business actually needed.

We built RoloniumLabs as the antidote. Senior US-based engineers only. Fixed prices with written memos before the contract. Late-delivery penalties written into the terms. A bias toward plain language over jargon. The company you would want to hire yourself — if you were spending your own money.
